HIGH SCHOOL FRENCH TEACHER

The successful candidate must:

• Have relevant experience teaching French at High School level.
• Have experience teaching French within the IEB and/or Cambridge curriculum frameworks.
• Be passionate about language acquisition and able to inspire a love for French language and culture among students.
• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to academic excellence.
• Be able to teach French across a range of grades and proficiency levels.
• The candidate should be able to build their own courses tailored to different grades.
• Use innovative and engaging teaching methodologies to support diverse learning needs.
• Be able to integrate technology effectively into the teaching and learning process.
• Be willing to offer academic support and extension opportunities to students where required.
• Have excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills.
• Be able to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to the broader life of the school.
• Be prepared to participate in the school's extramural programme and broader community initiatives.
• Hold the requisite academic and professional qualifications.
• Be registered with the South African Council for Educators (SACE).
