Foundation Phase isiZulu Teacher (Preparatory)
Uplands is an Anglican, co-educational, innovative independent school located on an extensive estate in White River, close to the Kruger National Park. We are committed to providing quality education to day- and boarding pupils ranging from Grade 0000 to 12.
Uplands is a member of the Independent Schools Association of Southern Africa (ISASA) and the Anglican Board of Education of South Africa (ABESA) and offers examinations set by the Independent Examination Board (IEB).
Uplands Preparatory seeks to appoint a passionate Foundation Phase isiZulu Teacher, whose strengths will lie in good verbal and written communication as well as being an energetic, analytical and results-driven teacher.
Commencement date: as soon as possible
The successful applicant will:
• Possess suitable professional qualifications and be SACE registered.
• Have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience (IEB experience would be an advantage).
• Be innovative, embrace technology in the classroom and display a creative teaching style.
• Be genuinely passionate to make a difference in pupil’s lives.
• Be willing to work as part of a team and assist with general duties as and when required.
• Possess strong administrative skills, be fully computer literate as well as have excellent verbal and written skills.
• Be willing to embrace the rapid change in the education, teaching and learning environment.
• Have a proven record of commitment and professionalism towards education.
