Position: Intermediate Phase Teacher
Location: Apex Stellenbosch, Koelenhof Road (R304), Stellenbosch

Key Responsibilities
- Teach core Intermediate Phase curriculum
- Provide small-group and one-on-one remedial support to close academic gaps.
- Use assessment data to reteach, scaffold, and adjust instruction.
- Foster an encouraging, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Ability to identify learning barriers and individual learning needs, plan interventions and provide targeted support.
- Collaborate closely with phase team and support staff to ensure consistent learning routines.
- Use technology intentionally to reinforce reading, numeracy, and concept mastery.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BEd Foundation Phase OR BEd Intermediate Phase
- SACE registration (or evidence that registration is underway).
- Experience supporting second-language learners and/or remedial instruction is advantageous.
- Confident in using digital learning tools and platforms.
- Strong communication skills in English (isiXhosa or Afrikaans an advantage).
