A well-established Primary School in the Greater Durban Area is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strong Principal to lead and manage the school.

We are looking for a passionate educational leader with strong academic, management, and people skills who is committed to maintaining high standards, staff development, learner wellbeing, and overall school excellence.

Minimum Requirements:

✔ Appropriate Teaching Qualifications
✔ SACE Registered
✔ Valid Police Clearance Certificate
✔ Previous management and leadership experience in a school environment
✔ Proven experience in a leadership role (HOD, Deputy Principal, Vice Principal, Principal, or Senior Management)
✔ Strong understanding of school operations, academics, curriculum management, learner discipline, and staff management
✔ Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
✔ Ability to lead a team, drive academic standards, and manage school systems effectively

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Overall leadership and management of the school
• Academic oversight, quality assurance, and learner achievement
• Staff leadership, support, development, and performance management
• Behaviour management and learner wellbeing
• Parent communication and relationship management
• Ensuring compliance with school policies and educational standards
• Overseeing school operations, systems, and daily functioning
• Strategic planning and continuous school improvement
