WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO DEMONSTRATES THESE PROFICIENCIES:

• Speak and write English fluently
• Enjoy teaching Intermediate Phase children
• A sound knowledge of contemporary primary school pedagogy and a willingness to embrace rapid changes in education
• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional learning
• Be a creative, innovative team player
• A demonstrated record of innovation, commitment, and professionalism
• Have experience, and demonstrated competence, in the understanding and use of technology for teaching and learning
• Have excellent classroom management skills
• An ability to coach one or more of the sports offered by Sweet Valley will be an advantage
