St Andrew’s School in Bloemfontein has a vacancy for a Tourism FET teacher (SGB post).
Application requirements
Candidates must be FET qualified and have the necessary teaching experience. Applicants must state which other subjects and extra-mural activities they can offer. The ability to teach another subject to Grade 12 level will be an advantage.
Consideration will only be given to candidates with:
- A genuine knowledge of, interest in and concern for high school learners
- A willingness to commit to the ethos and values of the school
- The ability to work closely and co-operatively with colleagues and parents
- A willingness to go the extra mile
- A proven record of involvement in educational and personal development courses or activities
- A proactive, dynamic and motivated approach
- Appropriate leadership experience and integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills
- Initiative and attention to detail
- Relevant teaching experience, SACE accreditation, a Police Clearance Certificate and an NRSO Clearance Certificate
