Requirements:

• Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science Degree with CHEMISTRY & PHYSICS as Majors with a PGCE OR a BEd with CHEMISTRY & PHYSICS as majors.
• Ability to teach Physical Science up to matric.
• Extramural duties – active participation in sporting activities will be required.  Please state the extracurricular activities you can offer.
• A minimum of 3 years of teaching PHYSICAL SCIENCE experience across all grade levels.
• Applicants should be SACE registered or be able to show evidence that they have applied for registration.
• Applicants must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fully computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and use of the internet.
• Effective learner management skills.
• Experience in teaching on interactive whiteboards would be an advantage.
• NSC Physical Science marking experience is also an advantage
