Camps Bay Primary School is a co-educational school located in the heart of Camps Bay serving over 480 children from Grade R to Grade 7. Established in 1906, the school has a proud history spanning 120 years. It is a diverse school and one which seeks to remain relevant as the world changes.

Foundation Phase Teacher

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Foundation Phase teacher for 2027 who is committed to creating a positive, engaging and supportive learning environment. The successful candidate must be confident in teaching across grades within the Foundation Phase.

Expectations:

• A passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
• Be a person of integrity, with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching in different grades in the Foundation Phase.
• Excellent classroom management that encourages and motivates learners to be the very best they can be.
• Competence in terms of computer literacy.
• An energetic, reliable, flexible and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and parents.
• A willingness to become actively involved in the school's extracurricular activities, cultural events, traditions and wider community life.
• A commitment to upholding and contributing positively to the ethos and values of the school.
• SACE registered.
