FOUNDATION PHASE EDUCATOR (IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE POSITION)
Description
Westcott Primary School seeks an experienced and qualified Foundation Phase educator to join our dynamic team. This is an SGB position, and the successful candidate will start on 06 October 2026.
Applicants must comply with the following requirements:
- Must be suitably qualified.
- Must have Jolly Phonics training.
- Must be trained in Reading for Meaning.
- Proven experience in the Foundation Phase.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Experience in E-Learning, with knowledge and application of ICT and online teaching platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to function effectively as part of a team.
- Proven track record of extra- and co-curricular involvement.
- Must have a strong work ethic and uphold high professional standards.
- Good attendance record and punctuality.
- Willingness/ commitment to embrace school obligations

- Certified copy of SACE certificate
- Police clearance certificate
