We are urgently seeking a dedicated Learner Facilitator to join our dynamic team in 2027.

✔ ECD Level 4 and 5 (No BED Qualification)

✔ Skilled at building meaningful connections with children

Role Overview

The successful candidate will:

• Facilitate learners aged 7–14 years in one-on-one and small group sessions
• Communicate professionally and clearly with colleagues
• Assist with aftercare and holiday care programmes
• Inspire and motivate learners to develop a genuine love for learning

This role requires a self-driven, energetic individual who is committed to educational excellence and inclusive practice.

📌 Please note: This position includes a 3-month probation period, with the possibility of full-time employment thereafter.
