We invite applications from passionate and experienced educators to join our dynamic team.

Our Sports Department is looking for an experienced sports educator, to fill a permanent Sports Co-Ordinator post from 01 January 2025.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Education Qualification or Sports Science/Management Degree with PGCE. A record of excellent curriculum delivery with an understanding of CAPS and varied assessment techniques in Physical Education.
  • The ability to teach Physical Education at primary school level. Must be SACE Registered.
  • Must have experience co-ordinating different sporting codes. Experience in netball, hockey, swimming or tennis will be advantageous. A high proficiency in the use of technology and co-ordinating logistics.
  • A proven track record in coaching one or more sports at a high level.
  • An understanding of the expectation to work beyond normal working hours in the Sports Department. This includes working weekends and going on various tours.
  • Experience with Learn to Swim or the willingness to learn would be advantageous. Energetic, self-motivated and able to use own initiative.
  • PDP License and 1st Aid would be advantageous.
