With a proud heritage and an inspiring environment, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Estates Manager to lead the stewardship of our remarkable grounds and facilities.

This is a unique opportunity for a professional with strong leadership, management, and communication skills—someone who takes pride in being a team player and is passionate about maintaining and enhancing spaces where students and staff thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Estates Manager or in a similar role is highly valued.
  • Experience in property management, real estate development, or related fields is also beneficial.
  • A degree or diploma in property management, business administration or a related field will be advantageous, but not a requirement.

Skills required:

  • Strong leadership, management, and communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills are needed to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are crucial for managing various situations.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting, is also important.
  • Experience in managing staff and contractors, as well as familiarity with property maintenance and repair is valuable.
  • Basic proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Excel and Google Suite applications and Google Drive cloud-based storage.
