IT TECHNICIAN

Bridge House is an independent, co-ed day and boarding school situated close to Franschhoek, Stellenbosch and Paarl in the Western Cape.                                                         IT Technician                                                          

Requirements:

• A+ Certification.
• N+ Certification.
• Proven experience as an IT Technician - preferably † years or more.
• Have experience in a similar role i.e., a school environment will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Windows Server, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Android).
• Google Workspace experience (user administration).
• Microsoft 36† (Azure AD) experience.
• Windows Active Directory experience.
• Good understanding of computer systems and mobile devices.
• Good understanding of printing systems (Print Server).
• Have the ability to diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues.
• Hardware knowledge and experience required.
• A driving license and own transport would be an advantage.

• Must be able to write, speak and read English (effective communication).
• Must be willing to work in a team (IT Department).
• Must be professional, dependable and trustworthy.
• Must have the ability to solve problems and make decisions.
