Muizenberg Junior School invites applications for the following post: INTERMEDIATE / SENIOR PHASE TEACHER (12 January 2026)
Muizenberg Junior School is looking for a highly motivated Intermediate / Senior Phase Teacher to join their staff
Teachers are expected to participate fully in the school programme including:
- Class Teaching
- Sports coaching (Soccer and Cricket would be an advantage)
- Participation in the extra-mural programme
- Pastoral duties
The prospective candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Be trained to teach in the Intermediate / Senior Phase
- Have a Bachelor or Education (InterSenPhase) or similar qualification
- Be SACE registered or have provisional SACE registration
- Have an excellent command of English
- Be able to teach afrikaans at First Additional Language level
- Be qualified to teach Mathematics
- Have knowledge of the CAPS Curriculum
- Have knowledge of IT and online teaching platforms.
