We push the boundary of education, granting students the opportunity to accelerate their educational journey.
Generation Schools follows the Montessori philosophy and curriculum in Pre−Primary and Primary School and Cambridge in the Middle and High School.
Our Generation Schools Somerset West campus is growing and requires an Intermediate Phase/9−12 Phase Educator (Grades 4−6) to join our dynamic team.
We are seeking applicants with excellent leadership skills, work ethic, professionalism and classroom management skills.
The requirements are, but are not limited to:
- Bachelor of Education (BEd) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
- Current registration with SACE.
- Police Clearance Certificate.
- Demonstrated experience in working with children in the Intermediate Phase.
- A commitment to developing a sound understanding of the Montessori philosophy and the Cambridge curriculum.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A recognised Montessori qualification (or in the process of obtaining one) and/or previous Montessori experience would be advantageous.
- The ability to work independently with initiative and self−direction.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the flexibility to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Willingness to contribute to the school’s extracurricular programme, including coaching sport.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
