Vacancy: Intermediate Phase (IPhase) Educator (Full-time, Permanent) Location: Rosebank, Cape Town Start Date: 12 January 2026 | Application Deadline: 14 November 2025
Grassroots Preparatory, an independent school based in Rosebank, is seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Intermediate Phase Educator for 2026.
Minimum Requirements:
• A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree or equivalent teaching qualification with specialisation in the Intermediate Phase.
• SACE registration (South African Council for Educators).
• 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience in the Intermediate Phase.
• A motivated, innovative, and collaborative team player.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer literacy.
• Your own laptop.
• A valid police clearance certificate.
• A willingness to fully embrace the ethos and values of Grassroots Preparatory, uphold academic excellence, and participate in all school-related activities and extra-murals.
