Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and competent manager to oversee the operations and upkeep of the school. You will be required to manage budgets, train, and supervise staff, and oversee the daily operations of the school. You will be required to efficiently manage multiple projects

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with the Deputy Principal and Principal to discuss general requirements.
  • Managing budgets.
  • Managing the daily operations of the estate including staff schedules and upkeep.
  • Supervising all ground staff and providing training, daily feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Managing all maintenance, repairs, and renovations to buildings and grounds (general maintenance, plumbing and electrical functions).
  • Liaising with companies that hire the facilities to ensure that all functions run smoothly.
  • Managing all administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in property management, business administration, or similar.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction and project management, or similar.
  • Experience in property management including the coordination of maintenance and renovations.
  • Sound knowledge of groundskeeping management and operations.
  • Great leadership and project management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
  • The availability to be on call at all times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
