Opportunity for an Experienced Fundraiser – Help Change Lives through Education

Grassroots Preparatory is looking for a passionate and highly experienced fundraiser looking to add a school to your portfolio to help drive our mission of providing scholarships for underprivileged children. These scholarships offer deserving children access to a high-quality education at our independent school, giving them the chance to thrive in a nurturing, academically stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies specifically targeted toward raising funds for scholarships.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and partners who align with our mission.
  • Organize and execute fundraising campaigns and events, leveraging both traditional and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the school’s leadership team to ensure fundraising goals are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful fundraising, ideally in the education or non-profit sector.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and think creatively to meet fundraising targets.
  • Passion for education and helping underprivileged children gain access to opportunities they otherwise wouldn’t have.

Remuneration:

This position is strictly commission-based, with a highly attractive and competitive commission structure in place for the successful candidate. Your earnings will directly reflect the funds you raise, providing substantial income potential for those who can deliver results.

If you are a driven and compassionate professional ready to make a real difference, we encourage you to apply.

How to Apply: Send your CV, along with a detailed track record of your fundraising achievements, to applications@grassrootsprep.co.za
