Generation Schools follows the Montessori philosophy and curriculum in Pre-Primary and Primary School and Cambridge in the Middle and High School.

Our Generation Schools Sunningdale campus, based in Parklands North, is growing and requires a Pre-Primary/3-6 Phase Educator (Ages 3 to 6 years old) to join our dynamic team.
We are seeking applicants with excellent leadership skills, work ethic, professionalism and classroom management skills.

The requirements are, but are not limited to:

• A recognised 3-6 Montessori qualification/ECD qualification/Bachelor of Education.
• Have a sound understanding of, and passion for, the Montessori philosophy.
• Teaching experience within the 3-6 Phase/Pre-Primary Phase.
• Experience in observation, record-keeping, lesson planning and report writing.
• Ability to effectively communicate with parents confidently.
• A passion for education and children.
• Reliable transport.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• SACE registered.
• First Aid trained.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
