Qualifying Requirements | Kwalifiserende vereistes
• A relevant teaching qualification in the Foundation Phase | ’n Relevante onderwys-kwalifikasie in die Grondslagfase
• Experience in learning support within mainstream education in the Foundation Phase | Ondervinding van leerondersteuning in hoofstroom-onderwys in die Grondslagfase
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English | Ten volle tweetalig in Afrikaans en Engels
• SACE registration | SARO-registrasie
• At least two contactable education-related references | Ten minste twee kontakbare onderwys-verwante referente
• A recent reference letter (not older than 6 months) | ’n Onlangse verwysingsbrief (nie ouer as 6 maande nie)

- Differentiated planning and teaching | Gedifferensieerde beplanning en onderrig

- Establishing and maintaining good interpersonal relationships | Vestiging en handhawing van goeie interpersoonlike verhoudinge
- Support and empowerment of learners, educators, and parents | Ondersteuning aan en bemagtiging van leerders, opvoeders en ouers
- Networking with other professionals and organizations | Netwerking met ander professionele persone en instansies
- Ability to lead, but also work collaboratively in a team | Vermoë om leiding te neem, maar ook in spanverband saam te werk

- Postgraduate qualification in Learning Support or Inclusive Education | Nagraadse kwalifikasie in Leerondersteuning of Inklusiewe Onderwys
- Familiarity with the SIAS policy | Vertroud met die ”SIAS“-beleid
- Involvement in School-Based Support Teams (SBST) | Skoolgebaseerde Ondersteuningspan (SGOS)-betrokkenheid
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 | Bevoegdheid in Microsoft Office 365
- Versatility within and outside the classroom | Veelsydigheid binne en buite die klaskamer
