Foundation Phase Educator (Maternity) Vacancy

Generation Schools follows the Montessori philosophy and curriculum in Pre-Primary and Primary School and Cambridge in the Middle and High School.

Our Generation Schools Sunningdale campus, based in Parklands North, is growing and requires a Foundation Phase/6-9 Phase Educator (Grades 1-3) to fulfill a maternity post.
The dates of the contract will be from January 2026 – May 2026.

We are seeking applicants with excellent leadership skills, work ethic, professionalism and classroom management skills.

The requirements are, but are not limited to:

• A recognised 6-9/6-12 Montessori qualification/Foundation Phase degree.
• Have a sound understanding of, and passion for, the Montessori philosophy.
• Teaching experience within the 6-9 Phase/Foundation Phase.
• Experience in observation, record-keeping, lesson planning and report writing.
• Ability to effectively communicate with parents confidently.
• A passion for education and children.
• Reliable transport.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• SACE registered.
• First Aid trained.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
