SANS SOUCI GIRLS’ HIGH SCHOOL Invites suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for
DRAMATIC ARTS
FULL TIME POSITION FROM 1 JANUARY 2026

Successful applicant will:

  • Become part of a happy staff team with a clear vision of the power of education in the lives of individuals, and in their families and communities.
  • Have experience in producing and directing school plays and/or musicals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills for administrative and teaching purposes.
  • A willingness to work hard and to participate in the extra-mural programme of the school.
  • Teach Dramatic Arts and Creative Arts to a range of classes as specified in the school timetable. (Grade 8 - 12)
  • May be required to teach classes, subjects, grades, groups or learning areas in which the employee may be competent, whether by qualification, experience or knowledge.
  • Participate in school meetings and functions, whether with staff, parents or professional bodies as required by the Principal or other authorised authority.

Minimum Requirements:

Have an appropriate degree and qualification to teach Dramatic Arts.
Be registered with SACE (South African Council of Educators).
At least three years of experience in teaching Dramatic Arts.
Be computer literate and capable of effectively using the Microsoft and Google suits
to enhance teaching and learning.
