PART-TIME COACHING POSITIONS AVAILABLE: ATHLETICS & NETBALL

Wynberg Girls’ High School seeks to appoint the below part-time, passionate and enthusiastic Sports Coaches to join our thriving Sports Department. The following coaching positions are currently available:

Athletics Coaches
Time period: Term 1 and Term 4 (to start Mid-January 2026).
ASA Level 1 or 2 coaching accreditation

Netball Coaches
Time period: Term 2 and Term 3 (with the potential to start February 2026).
NSA coaching certificate Level 1 or 2

Successful applicants must be suitably qualified and/or have the relevant experience in coaching.

The following is essential:

• A passion and enthusiasm for coaching youth.
• Knowledge and experience in coaching. Accredited coaches will be at an advantage.
• Excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to practices during the week, as well as matches on the weekends.
• A willingness to work within the school’s coaching team.
• Availability for National Tours and tournaments, which may include weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
• To be fully committed to the school’s transformation, equity and belonging strategic objectives in support of an equitable, inclusive, and safe school and sporting environment for all.
• A willingness to work within the values and ethos of the school.

Interested sports coaches are to submit a letter of application, accompanied by a comprehensive
CV with coaching qualification, two contactable references, and a Police Clearance Certificate (or
proof of application) to the Head of Sport, Ms Michelle Dias at mdias@wynghs.co.za
