Description

The International School of Martyrs (ISM) is the oldest international school in North Africa, having opened in 1954 as the Oil Companies School for the children of oil executives and diplomats posted to Libya.

Our school is accredited by the Irish Department of Education and the State Examinations Commission and we are currently seeking authorisation to offer the IB Diploma Programme.

We are seeking a resilient and committed High School Accounting & Business Studies Teacher to join us for the 2025/2026 academic year (September 2025 start).

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a qualified teacher (Bachelor of Education/Undergraduate degree + PGCE/HDE).
  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Applications from recent graduates are welcomed and encouraged.
